Of QFBC's Earned Broker Commission
Whenever a client you directly introduce successfully closes and funds any commercial facility through QFBC, you earn 25% of the gross commission earned by QFBC.

Of QFBC's Earned Commission on Sub-Deals
When you introduce other professionals who join as referral partners, you earn 5% of QFBC's earned commission on deals funded by partners you directly recruited.
*Commissions are paid upon actual clearance of funds to QFBC from institutional partners. Payouts are based strictly on QFBC's earned commission, not borrower loan principal. Tier 2 is 5% of QFBC's commission (not 5% of Tier 1's share). Recruitment alone does not generate revenue without funded deals.
