Phase-one data handling
The phase-one application validates information in your browser and does not transmit, persist, or share submitted form data. It does not request uploads, banking details, IDs, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, personal tax IDs, or account credentials.

Future services
Before any server-based application, provider referral, analytics, cookies, or CRM handoff is introduced, QFBC will publish applicable collection, use, sharing, retention, security, consent, and jurisdiction-specific notices.
